Renowned as heart-opening plant medicine, we will be working with cacao throughout the retreat.

Starting with a gentle greeting and meeting of the cacao spirit, through deep connection and journeying with her, ending with a joyous celebration of life and love.

Friday is about arriving. Landing and connecting to Mama Cacao.

Saturday is the day to go deeper within. Releasing what is holding you back from being the most magnificent version of you.

Sunday is the day of integration and celebration as you step more fully into your divine self.

Monday is the day to gently return back to the big wide world feeling radiant and whole.

Meet Paula & Dan, your hosts

Working with cacao since 2010, they make award-winning raw chocolate goodies, teach workshops, and regularly facilitate cacao ceremonies.

Paula has wide experience in a range of holistic and healing therapies, holding women's circles and a love of dance and movement.

Dan's path includes fire and water through his training with sweat lodges, and re-connecting ever more with nature.

Together they bring a passion for cacao, healing and the balance of feminine and masculine.

When the body says YES!

The intention is to create freedom and to allow your body to move in the way it feels nourished. Inviting deep listening, reconnection and inner joy.

Relax and be enveloped by the tones of healing gongs. Linking our bodies and minds to the Cosmos as you journey to meet Mama Cacao.

Deep in the heart of the Dorset countryside, surrounded by ancient hill forts, magical woodlands and rolling green hills, lies a very special secret.

It's called Merkabah Retreat.

Set in relaxing grounds, this luxury wellness venue offers comfy bedrooms, sumptuous living, fine dining, a heated indoor pool, infrared sauna and an outdoor hot tub. Topping it off is the new yoga shala. Built over a crystal grid with infrared underfloor heating and views across rolling hills.

Frequently Asked Questions

What time does the retreat start and end?

Arrival is 4-5pm on Fri 24th June, to allow you time to find your bedroom, settle and have a cuppa. We'll share our first meal together at 5.30pm

Our closing circle will be Sun evening, then we'll have final breakfast together Mon morning, leaving by 10am.

What is the programme for the retreat?

Your time at
Cosy Up With Cacao will be a mix of ceremonies, sharing circles, yoga, gong bath and dance. And so much more. The exact programme will unfold through the weekend.

The entire retreat is essentially a ceremony, weaving you on a journey, supported by mama cacao.

While there is a full programme, we've also built plenty of space into the weekend for chilling, using the spa, walks and as we like to call it, spontaneous majick.

Of course, everything is an invitation, there is no expectation to participate. Though we're sure you'll love it!

What food is being catered for?

Our lovingly prepared vegetarian menu will be fresh, delicious and nourishing.

If you have specific dietary requirements, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate, but this cannot be guaranteed.

What are your booking terms?

We ask for a non-refundable deposit of £111 to secure your place.

The non-refundable balance is then due by 14th June for early bird pricing at £666, saving you £111. Full price is £777 with the balance due by 23rd June.

In the event we have to cancel all payments will be refunded, or can be carried over to future dates.
